All orders shipped from our local fulfillment warehouse in Italy for fast regional delivery.

European Union Shipping

We deliver to all EU member countries with simplified customs clearance.

International Shipping (Rest of World)

    All international orders may be subject to local customs duties, import tax or clearance fees charged by your country’s customs authority upon arrival. These charges are the customer’s sole responsibility and are not included in our checkout shipping cost.

2. Order Processing Timeline

  2. Warehouse Processing: 1–2 business days for picking, quality check and packaging
  3. Shipment Notification: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your parcel leaves our warehouse
  4. Tracking Access: Enter your tracking code on our website’s Track Order page to view real-time location and estimated delivery date
     
    Pre-order items follow a separate schedule: your order will be processed and shipped immediately after new stock arrives, and you will receive advance email updates on restock timelines.

3. Shipping Exclusions & Restrictions

  • We cannot deliver to PO boxes, military addresses or remote island zones with limited courier coverage for express shipping; standard delivery may have extended delays to these locations.
  • Some limited-edition collaboration products have international shipping limits and may only be available for European checkout.

4. Package Tracking & Lost/ Damaged Parcels

After dispatch, you will receive an email with a unique tracking number and direct tracking link. If you cannot locate the email, log into your account to retrieve tracking information under Order History.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel:
  1. Check with neighbors, building front desk or local parcel locker first
  2. Contact our support team within 7 days of marked delivery with your order number
     
    We will file an investigation with the courier. Confirmed lost packages will qualify for a free reshipment or full store credit refund at your choice.

Damaged Goods Upon Arrival

If your sunglasses, case or packaging arrives broken, scratched or defective:
  • Take clear photos of the outer package and damaged items
  • Message customer support within 48 hours of delivery
     
    We arrange free return shipping and send a brand-new replacement at no extra cost for verified transit damage.

5. Returns Shipping

Domestic Italian returns include a free pre-paid shipping label for eligible returns within the 30-day return window.
 
For EU and international returns, customers are responsible for covering return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged or was shipped incorrectly by our warehouse team. Final sale limited editions and custom prescription glasses cannot be returned.
